Firm & Approach
What We Believe
We define crisis management as doing what must be done, at the right time. Companies rarely fail because they lack a manual. They fail because they do not recognise what the situation requires of them until it is too late.
How We Work
Senior consultants handle the work.
Consultants with 20 to 40 years of field experience are directly involved in every client engagement. We do not hand accounts to junior staff.
We design for the situation, not from a template.
Korean regulators, Korean media, and Korean public sentiment behave in ways that require local judgment. We compose the strategy that fits each situation rather than fitting the client into a fixed frame.
We consult the way a major hospital does.
When a large hospital treats a difficult case, specialists from several departments examine the patient together rather than in turn. We work the same way. Crisis management, issue management, special media relations, and training specialists take on a case jointly, and where a situation calls for it, we bring in outside experts, including major law firms.
Speed is the value we hold above others.
In a crisis, the quality of a response is inseparable from how quickly it arrives.
Confidentiality
We do not disclose client names or the details of our engagements. Our work concerns matters companies face at their most exposed. Discretion is a condition of the work, not a courtesy.
This principle applies without exception, including to the companies we have served and the crises we have handled.
