Anything we learn in a consultation stays confidential, whether or not an engagement follows. So does the fact that you consulted us.
Limited access
Your enquiry is read only by the consultants who need it to respond and advise.
Conflict check
Before any detailed discussion, we check for conflicts of interest. Where one exists, we will respectfully decline.
Non-disclosure agreement
If you wish, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions begin.
Personal information
Your name, contact details and other personal information are used only to respond to and advise on your enquiry, and are destroyed after the period set out in our Privacy Policy.
